All surfboards are packed in specialized heavy-duty bubble wrap and reinforced cardboard boxes. We use freight carriers experienced in handling fragile outdoor gear to ensure your board arrives in perfect condition.

What is your return policy on wetsuits?

We offer a 30-day return policy for wetsuits, provided they are in brand-new condition with tags attached and have not been used in the water. We recommend trying them on over clean undergarments to ensure a proper fit.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

How do I know which fin system my board uses?

Most boards use either FCS II or Futures fin systems. You can check the plug shape on your board or refer to the product description on our site. If you are still unsure, our customer service team can help identify it for you.
